Areas I look after
Network and security
Firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi and network segments, plus security alerts, endpoint protection and incident handling.
Servers, data and backup
Windows and Linux servers, databases, shared storage, and regular checks that backups can be restored.
Monitoring
Dashboards and alerts for servers and the network, so problems are noticed before people report them.
Phones, cameras and attendance
Office calling and IP phones, camera systems, and the biometric and attendance systems that feed HR.
Web, AI and operations
Domains, hosting and certificates; AI infrastructure and analysis projects; tickets, onboarding, offboarding and documentation.
